It was a one run #backyardsess432 today. I never do one hand one footers and randomly did one and my foot landed on the pedal wrong, too much on my toes. My big toe doesn’t have any ligaments on the side, so it will dislocate sideways, if I put too much pressure on it, which it did. Then I got sucked into my back tire and my gut rammed into my seat several times till a came to a stop… one of those days… keep on keeping on. #backyardsess #backyardsess43 #backyardsess431
