I’ve been dealing with a thrown out back from my last uk trip and I was thinking it’s been over a week since I scared myself… I need to ride. My back finally felt better today and I did a great job of scaring myself. Wanted to do some turndown switchhanders, but I missed my bars and was wrapped up in my bike in a no hand turndown.
