One of my all time hero’s posted one of the grea

One of my all time hero’s posted one of the greatest experiences I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of, so I’m reposting and adding a few more media clips to it. For a week or so I stayed at @dannyway house and we waited for the elements/wind to aline to push ourselves to achieve our greatest feats. This was one most connected I felt with someone else, dreaming the impossible. I kept thinking man, we have to be careful dreaming together because we are a dangers duo. Through our eyes everything and anything is possible. You just have to go for it and each idea we shared we were both ready to jump. It was like talking to myself in the mirror. Danger at its finest. Thanks Danny. I would make a painting before I would ride this ramp because it would focus my mind. I made this one for Danny. Repost • @dannyway This painting was a gift and painted by one of the most inspirational human beings I’ve ever met @condorbmx . The story goes like this - Back in 2015 I invited Matt to come to stay with me so we could push each other to go the highest we have ever gone before on the biggest vertical quarter pipe ever built to date. This quarter pipe was 40 ft tall which is 13 ft taller than the #megaramp quarter pipe. This project like the rest was one huge experiment, you cannot progress unless you explore the unknown and with this scale of new design we shot for the moon , literary haha. That tower on the side of the ramp is 30 ft tall for altitude reference. Matt and I both ended up breaking our existing world records which was so fucking cool to share that experience together. This was a brutal mission to say the least , Matt took a hard slam got knocked out and broke his collar bone, I eventually ended up breaking my ankle pretty bad from a miscalculation that sent me 20 ft in the air over the deck landing on the coping .. nothing comes easy and or free and the only way to get it done sometimes is to have the #eyeofthetiger
